How it works
1Nominate us
Choose Fusion Pharmacy, LE2 9RW as your nominated pharmacy in the NHS App or PharmAppy, or just tell our team in store.
2Your GP approves
Order your repeats as usual. Once your GP approves them, they come to us electronically: no paper, no chasing.
3Collect or delivery
Pick up your medicines when it suits you, or ask for free delivery.

Prescription questions
Can I use both PharmAppy and the NHS App?
Yes. Use either, or both. They both work with the NHS system, and your nominated pharmacy stays set to Fusion whichever you use.
I'm with another pharmacy. How do I switch?
In the NHS App or PharmAppy, change your nominated pharmacy to Fusion Pharmacy, LE2 9RW. Or ask our team and we'll help.
Can I get my medicines delivered?
Yes. Let us know through the app, by phone, or when you order, and we'll arrange delivery for you.
Do you keep everything in stock?
We stock most commonly prescribed medicines. If something needs ordering it usually arrives within a day, and we'll let you know when it's ready.
What if my prescription isn't showing in the app?
Your GP may not have approved it yet, your nomination may still be updating, or it may be a one-off prescription. Contact us and we'll check.
How far ahead should I order?
We recommend ordering 7 to 10 days before you run out, to allow time for your GP to approve it and for us to prepare it.
What's the difference between Fusion Pharmacy and Fusion Pharmacy Direct?
Fusion Pharmacy is our community pharmacy in Glen Parva, where you can visit for prescriptions, NHS services and private consultations. Fusion Pharmacy Direct is our delivery-only pharmacy for people who prefer everything delivered. Both are run by the same pharmacy team.
