How soon before travel should I book?
Ideally 6-8 weeks before departure. Some vaccines need more than one dose, but we can still help if you've left it late.
Do you provide Yellow Fever certificates?
Yes - as an official Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, we can vaccinate and issue your certificate in the same visit.
Do I need vaccines for Hajj or Umrah?
Yes. Proof of Meningitis ACWY vaccination is required, which we provide along with your certificate.
Can I book flu or COVID jabs at the same time?
Absolutely. Many patients find it convenient to combine their flu or COVID vaccination with travel protection.
How much does it cost?
We price-check so you don't have to. Costs vary by vaccine, but you'll always know the price before treatment. We only prescribe what you genuinely need - nothing more, nothing less.
I need an appointment outside your normal hours - is that possible?
Yes. Simply request an out-of-hours appointment [here] and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
There are a few of us travelling together - how do we book?
Our booking system lets you add guests easily, and we'll send updates to everyone in your group so all travellers stay on the same page.
