How it works
- Get seen quickly. Book or pop in. We'll direct you to the right level of care, from pharmacy advice to a full prescriber consultation.

- Treatment and aftercare. If a prescription is suitable, we prepare your medicine straight away, with clear aftercare advice.

What conditions can you help with?
A wide range of common health concerns, including urinary infections, skin conditions, ear, nose and throat problems, chest infections, muscle and joint problems, sexual health and weight management.
When is the clinic?
Our pharmacist prescriber is here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Walk in during opening hours on those days, or call us to book a time.
Are there conditions you don't treat?
Yes. If your symptoms need specialist or urgent care, the pharmacist will refer you to the right service.
Are your prescribers doctors?
Our prescribers are Pharmacist Independent Prescribers registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). They have completed advanced clinical training and are legally authorised to assess and prescribe for a wide range of conditions.
Will my GP know?
Yes. After your consultation, a summary is sent securely to your GP so your records stay complete.
What if I miss my appointment?
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, as a fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
How much does it cost?
The consultation costs £40, including the prescription. If a higher-cost medicine is needed, we'll always tell you the price before you go ahead.
