What conditions can you help with?
We can assess and treat a wide range of common health concerns, including urinary tract infections, skin and dermatology issues, ear, nose and throat conditions, upper respiratory infections, musculoskeletal problems, sexual health, weight management, and vaccinations.
Are there conditions you don’t treat?
Yes. Our pharmacist will refer you to another healthcare provider if your symptoms require specialist or urgent care.
Can the pharmacist access my medical records?
Yes — and after every consultation, a summary is sent securely to your GP for continuity of care.
How does this differ from seeing my GP?
The clinical standard of care is the same. The difference lies in access and convenience. We offer quick appointments, and your assessment, prescription, and medicine are all handled in one visit by your pharmacist prescriber — no separate appointments or waiting lists.
Are your prescribers doctors?
Our prescribers are highly qualified Pharmacist Independent Prescribers (PIPs), registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). They have completed advanced clinical training and are legally authorised to assess and prescribe medicines for a wide range of conditions, just like a doctor.
What if I miss my appointment?
When you book, you reserve dedicated time with a prescriber. Because this time could have been offered to another patient, a fee may apply if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend.

Prescription: included (unless a high-cost medicine is required; we’ll always advise first).
